Three key programmes to help us achieve our goal are Financial Management Excellence (FME), Human Resources Recruitment and Development Programme (HRRD) and the Quality and Productivity Programme (QPP).

Financial Management Excellence Programme (FME)

FME consists of a series of programs, which is to emphasize proactive management, liquidity, and profitability. Selected areas of financial management are evaluated and improved though team work and sharing of the best practices.

Human Resources Recruitment and Development Programme (HRRD)

Human Resources are the intellectual asset of the Group which must be enhanced through constant enrichment in keeping with changing conditions and needs. The HRRD programme assures that we will continue to emphasize the quality of the Group's recruitment, training, and development of human resources, so as to create a pool of talented people for the Group to achieve its long term vision.

Quality and Productivity Programme (QPP)

The Group embarked on a journey to transform its people and operating culture through the implementation of the Total Quality Management initiative in April, 1998. The goal is to improve our employees and enhance their skills and knowledge at all levels; strengthen the management process; be alert to the changing environment; and strive for excellence to achieve higher productivity and quality.
